Inspired by the movements of a fish’s gills, the Electrolux Breathing Wall literally breathes in fresh air and infuses a relaxing environment at home. The wall mounted ‘gills’ are integrated into the home-space,  transforming the area to bliss. Apparently the wall changes shape according to the air cleaning process.  The Breathing Wall can be customized to suit individual needs through six functions; weather, memory,  reaction, breathing, mood, and general settings by using a smart device app. Breathing Wall is a 2013 Electrolux Design Lab semi-finalist.

Conceived for use by the blind but stylish enough to appeal to a broader market, the Nike Citrus watch’s  spiral form stretches to fit any wrist size and hints to its zesty inspiration: an orange peel twist. To tell  time, the wearer simply touches the tactile, concave face to feel for the hour and minute hands. Unlike  many other products for the seeing-impaired, this one can be universally appreciated and mass-produc -ed to keep unit prices low!

So many problems Everyone knows how agonizing it is to hold that untouchably hot metal utensil handle, how frustrating  it is to see that wooden handle with scorch marks and how ugly your melted plastic utensil handle looks  because its been resting on the edge of the pan that has been on the stove for too long. Not to mention  the melted plastic from spatula heads getting into your food! Also, does the spoon slipping into the serving dish sound familiar? How about those messy drips when you move your spoon from the pot to the spoon  rest? Arghh..  One single solution These problems are ubiquitous and have been existing in our kitchens for ages. This is when we started  drawing the picture of a simple yet elegant gadget in our mind, this one single solution, that will take  care of all the above problems. After months of brain storming, mechanical and industrial design, several  iterations of prototypes, feedback from trial groups and intense testing, we came up with an optimally  engineered, aesthetically seductive and Patent Pending innovation – The Snug~
