The Cloud Umbrella is carried around in stick form. As soon as the rain breaks out, you whip out this cute little umbrella, pump it up, and hey, presto! You have your very own little cloud shelter.It would certainly cheer you up on a cloudy day, although I am not sure how practical the umbrella would be at keeping you dry. This concept design is certainly an eye-catcher!
